Steve Nabrotzky - President and Co-Founder of Superior Construction, LLC. Steve graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and has over a decade of experience in the homebuilding industry. Steve oversees the operations and quality control of the company. He moved to Tennessee in 1995 and is proud to call Nashville home. He spends much of his free time with his beautiful wife and two daughters and is an avid college sports fan.

David Watson - Co-founder of Superior Construction and Realtor. David graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in Business Management and from the University of Memphis with a Masters in Business Administration. He has impressively built, owned, and operated over 50 Sonic Drive-Ins. David holds a real estate license to assist the company and clients by providing all the necessary services needed to purchase and build a new home. He was born in Las Vegas but has lived in Tennessee most of his life. He and his sweetheart, Annita have two children and a son-in-law. His hobbies include spending time with his family, golfing, boating, snow skiing, and competing in triathlons.

Dave Nabrotzky - Owner and Chief Financial Officer. Dave has previously specialized in helping clients implement effective investment strategies. Dave serves as the customer care manager and is the liaison with all customers.
He has attended college in Tennessee as well as Utah and studied integrated studies with a minor in finance. Dave's organized and ambitious nature and financial experience have helped Superior maintain optimal efficiency in all aspects. His goal is to keep costs low for customers without sacrificing quality. Dave spends his free time with his amazing wife, Trish and 4 children. He loves outdoor recreation and sports such as camping, fishing, soccer and basketball.

Sarah Most - Executive Assistant/Office Manager- Sarah has lived in
Wisconsin, Florida, West Tennessee, Virginia, and recently received her
bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Utah. She studied
Broadcast Journalism and her most recent job was with ABC4 in Salt Lake
City. Sarah and her husband Neal moved to Nashville in April of 2007 and
are planning on calling Middle Tennessee home. She loves to shop,
scrapbook, make jewelry, play tennis and volleyball, and play with her
dog Capo.

Jon Duke - Project Manager/Purchasing Manager. Jon graduated from Brigham Young University in 1999 with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management. Since then he has had work experience as a construction manager, project engineer, and a construction superintendent. Jon is dedicated to building homes that last, are in budget, and within schedule. He grew up in Columbus, Ohio and in Knoxville, Tennessee. He is married with three children and enjoys spending his spare time golfing, fishing, and playing basketball.

Lane Darracq - Project Manager/Estimator. Lane graduated from Brigham Young University - Idaho with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business. Lane has worked as a Building Consultant, Project Manager, and Estimator. Building high quality homes through good planning and close attention to detail is his highest priority. Lane was born and raised in Mountain Home, Arkansas where he came to love water skiing, canoeing, and fishing; he also enjoys playing a variety of sports including basketball, golf and snowboarding. He enjoys most of all spending his time with his wife Shawna and their son Jake.
