David Watson - Co-Founder / Realtor

David graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in Business Management and from the University of Memphis with a Masters in Business Administration. Impressively, he has built, owned and operated over 50 Sonic Drive-Ins. David holds a real estate license to assist the company and its clients by providing all the necessary services needed to purchase and build a new home. He was born in Las Vegas but has lived in Tennessee most of his life. He and his sweetheart, Annita, have two children, a son-in-law and a prized grandson. His hobbies include spending time with his family, golfing, boating, snow skiing, and competing in triathlons and Ironman races.

Steve Nabrotzky -President and Co-Founder

Steve graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, which was ranked as the #1 Construction Management program in the nation while he attended school. Steve supported himself while in school in various construction trades including concrete, framing, electrical, excavation, landscaping, and general construction management. Steve helped form Superior in 2004 and now oversees the operations and quality control of the companies. He moved to Tennessee in 1995 and is proud to call Franklin home. In moments of free time Steve enjoys sports, playing board games, and spending time with his beautiful wife Sharalee and 3 children.

Dave Nabrotzky - Owner and CFO

Dave serves as a project manager and the customer care liaison and previously specialized in helping clients implement effective investment strategies. He has attended college in Tennessee as well as Utah and studied integrated studies with a minor in finance. Dave was elected by his peers as Student Body President of Utah Valley University (23,000 students) in 1998. Dave’s organized and ambitious nature combined with his financial experience has helped Superior maintain optimal efficiency. His goal is to keep costs low for customers without sacrificing quality. Dave spends his free time with his amazing wife, Trish and 5 children. He loves outdoor recreation and sports such as camping, fishing, soccer and tennis.

Chris Duncan – Sales and Operations

Chris graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from University of Florida in Business and Communications. Chris oversees sales, pre-construction planning and estimating. He has been involved in the construction industry for years and has incredible enthusiasm and organizational skills. His fun spirit, promptness and sense of urgency is a key component for the success of Superior Remodeling. Chris is married to his amazing wife Chantelle with whom he has three beautiful girls, which include identical twins. Chris enjoys spending his free time with his family, and he also enjoys playing a variety of sports including basketball, golf and running.

Sarah Most – Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Sarah has lived in Wisconsin, Florida, West Tennessee, Virginia and recently received her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Utah where she studied Broadcast Journalism. Her most recent job was with ABC4 in Salt Lake City. Sarah and her husband Neal moved to Nashville in April of 2007 and are planning on calling Middle Tennessee home. She loves to shop, scrapbook, make jewelry, play tennis and volleyball and play with her dog Capo.
